Note:
A minimum 2.5 GPA is required to be admitted into the teacher education program, teaching emphasis area, of the agriculture education major.  Students in the teaching emphasis area of the Agriculture Education major with less than a 2.5 GPA will not be admitted into the teacher education program.  If the student's GPA remains under the required 2.5 the alternative emphasis area students can select and continue in the major of agriculture education is Agricultural Communications.  In this case the student with less than a 2.5 must enroll in three hours of Journalism instead of EDAG 4623, Special Methods of Teaching Agriculture Education.
